This is the situation in Mapsource before upgrading. In Mapsource it is not possible to include routcalculation data to upload to your GPS.

After starting MetroGold it will immediately show you the Metroguide versions you have installed and whether or not they are upgraded to Gold already. Click the "Upgrade now" button next to the version(s) you want to upgrade. You can upgrade as many versions as you like.

After upgrading a version MetroGold wil tell you it is upgraded and you have the possibility to restore to the previous situation by clicking the "Restore now" button.

After upgrading restart Mapsource. The upgraded Metroguide versions will show up as (Gold) edition, meaning they are upgraded.

You now have the possibility to include route calculation data in your upload of maps to your GPS.

"I just got my Nuvi a couple of days ago, used Metrowizz and made up 476 megs of Europe maps. Thats way more than I will need for my vacation. I copied the file as suggested into the Garmin directory on the Nuvi...works great. Thanks for Metrowizz and your help in getting it up and running. I changed my location to places I will be staying in Europe and it routes to my destination with street names and turns called out. Garmin makes great products, you make them work better. Thank you!"
