I would like to buy MetroGold to use with Metro Guide Can. V4 and would like to know:

Will this combination work for autorouting);
and will i be able to send topo maps to my gps at the same time i send Metro Guide Can. V4 ?

I'm not sure if it will work with MG Canada, never tested it. Can't give any guarantee.
If it does work, you wil be able to use it in combination with topo maps.

Hi!

I just bought and downloaded MetroGold.

Will install it soon and on the first occasion i get, i will test it out to see if it works ok with Metro Guide Can. V4

Will post the results here for sure.

I just installed MetroGold and when trying to upgrade Metro Guide Can. V4 it says "cannot upgrade".

If you make an improved version of this program that works well with this version of Metro Guide, please advise me by email so i can use it.

Someone told me that Metro Guide Can. V4 DOES autorouting, so i tried it outside today and it works.

I was looking on the Garmin site if MG CAN V4. does autorouting but couldn't find it. But now it turns out to be capable. Funny it's not mentioned on the website.
Anyway thanks for testing Metrogold on MG Can. and I've sent you a refund for your Metrogold purchase.

"I just got my Nuvi a couple of days ago, used Metrowizz and made up 476 megs of Europe maps. Thats way more than I will need for my vacation. I copied the file as suggested into the Garmin directory on the Nuvi...works great. Thanks for Metrowizz and your help in getting it up and running. I changed my location to places I will be staying in Europe and it routes to my destination with street names and turns called out. Garmin makes great products, you make them work better. Thank you!"
